We are centrally located in the Garden State. With the addition of the Raritan Valley one-seat direct train ride to and from New York are now up to 15 minutes faster. Plainfield is also convenient to all major highways in Central New Jersey.

From the Garden State Pkwy: Take Exit 137 (Cranford/Roselle Park/Elizabeth) and head West on North Avenue. Follow North Avenue through Cranford, Garwood, and Westfield. Turn left onto East Broad Street and take the first exit at the traffic circle onto South Avenue East towards Plainfield. Follow South Avenue through Scotch Plains and Fanwood into Downtown Plainfield.
Downtown Plainfield has a total of 244 metered spaces, 785 permitted spaces and 15 handicap spaces. Most metered parking downtown consists of 2 hour parking M-F 8am-6pm. Parking in a metered space cost $0.25 per half hour. Monthly lot spaces are available for $25 for businesses, $30 for residents and $35 for nonresidents from the City's Parking Bureau located at 127 West Fourth Street, or by calling 908-753-3200.
